TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between House of Ranking ("we", "our", "us") and clients who engage our services. By engaging House of Ranking, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

House of Ranking provides SEO, web design, local SEO, technical SEO and AI search optimisation services as agreed in individual client proposals. The specific deliverables, timelines and KPIs are defined in writing before any engagement begins.

OUTCOMES AND LIMITATIONS

AEO TRAFFIC GUARANTEE

Qualified clients on the Growth or Scale AEO plan are covered by a 30% traffic guarantee. It does not apply to the Enterprise plan or to consultancy-based work.

• The target: organic search traffic, measured in Google Search Console or Google Analytics, at least 30% above the agreed baseline within 90 days of work starting.
• The baseline: average monthly organic traffic for the 3 full months before work starts, recorded in writing at onboarding.
• Who qualifies: clients who complete the 90-day initial term, pay on time, give us the access we need, and approve or publish agreed content and fixes within 7 days.
• Exclusions: traffic losses caused by site migrations, redesigns, CMS or domain changes, removed pages, manual actions or penalties from before the engagement, or changes made without our agreement.
• If the target is missed: we continue the plan's monthly work at no fee until the target is reached, for up to 3 further months.

PAYMENT

• Fees are agreed in writing before work begins
• Invoices are issued monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in work being paused

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

For us to deliver results, clients agree to:

• Provide access to relevant accounts (Google Search Console, Analytics, website CMS) within 5 business days of engagement start
• Approve or provide feedback on deliverables within 7 business days
• Not engage other SEO agencies for the same scope of work without notice

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, copy and assets created by House of Ranking become the client's property upon full payment. Until then, they remain our property.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep business information, strategies and data shared during the engagement confidential. This obligation continues for 2 years after the engagement ends.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work already completed and approved is invoiced; work in progress is handled on a pro-rata basis.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
